Cockpits are tricky places to add device mounts to. Every cockpit is different and each installation requires some thought. Significant considerations are: restriction of control movements, visibility and mounting security.

Ease of adjustment is also important as each pilot's seating and viewing position is different.

Our recommended option is a tab-tite case attached to a double suction cup mount. Choose the extension adjustment arm for ease of adjustment. For smaller tablets such as the iPad Mini size without cases you could consider a single suction cup with an EZ-Roll'r tablet cradle. Other options include Glareshield clamp mounts and kneeboards for smaller single pilot operations.

The options are varied so please ask for advice around your application. We are here to help and have experience using EFBs in the operational environment.

Note: Screwing mounts to aircraft may well require an STC or certification. - check with your avionics installer first.
